Remember you can query the status of your order at any time in My orders in the My account section. If you are not registered at theukkiyolife.com, you can access directly in the orders section. In this case, you will have to enter your e-mail address and order number.
What is more, when your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an e-mail.
You have up to 5-6 business days from reception of your order to exchange your item for another size or request a refund. In such cases, we recommend you to track and insure your package, at your expense, as we are not responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Remember that we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
At the moment, it is not possible to cancel or change your order because we prepare your order once you confirm it on our website. If you change your mind, you can return your garments once you have received your order.
Check your e-mail to see whether we have sent you an e-mail informing you that one of the items in your order is not available. In that case, we will refund you the corresponding amount for that item and the delivery expenses via the same payment used for the purchase. Remember that your purchase may have included various deliveries which will be received on different dates. Check your purchase confirmation e-mail to see if it applies. If you have not received any e-mail and your purchase did not have various deliveries, contact Customer Services and will we reply to you as soon as possible.
If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased you have to inform us within 24 hours of receiving and attach the pictures for the same and we will refund these items and the proportional part of the original delivery costs for the defective garment as soon as we receive them at our warehouses and inspect the condition of the garments. Restrictions may apply. In these cases, returns or exchanges must be returned via Standard, Ground or Regular shipping method. Please remember to include the receipt for the delivery costs of the refund. Note that will not reimburse the proportional part of the delivery costs incurred when returning the merchandise via Express, overnight or 2 Day shipping. To process the return, you must complete the returns note and enclose it in your parcel. Cannot find it? Access the My Orders section of My Account, select the order and print the 'Returns Form'. If you still have not registered, go to the Orders section and enter your e-mail address and order number. Consult the different return options at the Exchanges and returns section.

You can receive your order within 5-7 business day in your linked account. Refunds are processed once we check the quality and receive the products in good condition. Open your order to check Refund Status.
